Recent progress - title's working versions
From time to time and whenever a curiosity takes place, I continue to explore a Vision scene. Different angles, different altitudes.... You never know. It takes from me some efforts to periodically check and render new views and shots. Almost as if you always have that feeling that you are searching for something but still didn't found.
After some struggle I came to something close to title's working versions. Title - this is important. Here all essence of project must converge and in a clever way. (Images are compressed to lesser quality for smaller file size)
Scene "Doorway"
This is work on animated version of this scene. It will introduce viewers into world of this project and what it holds inside. I am working on cameras, lights and sound. That scene holds much of the story key aspects.

About "Room of Mr.Osvald"
"Room of Mr.Osvald" is one of my personal 3D-animation project that was slowly developed during last 2.5 years during small amount of free time after job. This page is dedicated to this project and is intended as a place where random internet people may familiarize themselves with project, it's atmosphere, aesthetics, development and insights if they find it interesting enough.
Being experimental in it's nature this short film doesn't hold itself in linear story-telling fashion. It is intended as a horror/supernatural story that explores and stretches imagination into realms of dark fantasy. Being inspired by H.P.Lovecraft mythology (but not only), this work devotes itself to creation of cosmic, dark visions that goes beyond daily life level. It is my challenge of utilizing my skills in 3D computer graphics to bring whole imagined story outside of my head to all and everyone.
As by now having no possibilities to afford of getting artistic help, additional artist's, project is being developed by me alone. On this blog will be posted updates on it's development and given some insights behind the scenes.
Hope any lone reader may find anything of some interest to him here as well. It is my hope that I will be able to handle this animation and release it on internet for free viewing and under some form of Creative Commons license so anyone interested may pick whole story-line and develop it further if found to be that much interesting.
A vision with which all started (project is based on real nightmare)
